The backbone of modular cleanroom performance

Seamless Cleanroom Infrastructure That Supports Your Process And Ensures Compliance

AES Cleanroom Technology manufactures industry-leading modular wall and ceiling systems that serve as a foundation for all modular cleanroom environments. Both our walls and ceilings are trusted by facility owners, contractors, and design teams across the industry as standalone solutions for cleanroom retrofits, expansions, or brand-new construction.

Modular Wall Systems

Our modular panels are pre-fabricated in a controlled manufacturing environment, which ensures tight tolerances, material consistency, and finishes free of imperfections. Panels are typically built with a stainless steel skin or powder-coated aluminum, bonded with a material chosen based on the performance needed and room classification.

Integrated Ceiling Systems

AES Cleanroom Technology engineers its ceiling systems to maintain environmental control, airflow uniformity, and mechanical integration. Similar to our wall panels, our ceilings feature a prefabricated and modular design, which creates a sealed barrier that supports filtration systems, lights, and laminar airflow.

Our Solutions

The AES Profile cleanroom system is another AES hallmark system, a 2” [50mm] thick modular wall system with a uPVC finish, with all seams cold-welded together to create a monolithic finish. The reduced wall cross-section with all flush finishes at doors and windows provides a superior performing system.

The AES Adapt Wall is a ½” [12mm] thick uPVC cleanroom wall liner system, attached to steel studs using the AES attachment system. All seams are cold-welded together to create a monolithic finish. The system includes Z-Clip brackets to attach to a metal stud framing system provided by others. Also included is a powder-coated aluminum floor angle, which is secured through a galvanized steel base channel to accept a flush floor cove by others.

The cleanroom ceiling that started the walkable revolution, innovated and designed in-house by AES engineers. The AES Marquee system is AES’s hallmark system, a walkable monolithic ceiling system with a uPVC finish, with all seams cold-welded together to create a monolithic finish. This system comes in either 2” [50mm] or 3” [75mm] thick, depending upon the application.

The AES Parasol system consists of a patented ½” [12mm] thick, non-walkable monolithic ceiling system with a uPVC finish, with all seams cold-welded together to create a monolithic finish. (Patent No. US10,612,236 B1)

Key Features

Compliance, Cleanability, and Durability

Both walls and ceilings are built with a modular cleanroom-first ideology. Cleanroom-approved silicone or gasket materials seal panel joints and transitions to eliminate contamination intrusion and support routine wipe-downs.

Seamless Integration

While our walls and ceilings are fabricated to fit perfectly inside our cleanroom projects, they are also available as standalone components for third-party systems, MEP packages, or validation plans.

Complete Flexibility

Our wall and ceiling systems are modular by nature, meaning they can be removed, replaced, or reconfigured as needed. This flexibility is valuable for high-growth sectors where process changes and evolution are constant.

We started working with AES way before the project itself was kicked off. We did this because we knew AES had the capability to support an early phase design build needed for planning purposes. We knew and could entrust that the AES Team would take it to the next level on the integration the early-stage design into what is now a best-in-class facility
