Role Profile
To meet our aggressive growth goals, we are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our efforts in financial analysis and development of financial planning activities. In this position, you will work closely with all departments to help analyze financial ramifications of specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare material and labor cost estimates and proposals for proposed projects.
Requirements
- 4 year degree in the field of Accounting or Finance.
- 7+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting as a Financial Analyst. This experience should include work in the construction or manufacturing industry.
- CFA is a requirement.
- Demonstrated business partnering experience and ability to work across multiple functions.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality and customer support
- Excellent judgment and discretion; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, meet deadlines, and handle work-related stress is required.
- Friendly, courteous, service-oriented, professional, outgoing, and customer service oriented.
- Detail-oriented and work effectively under pressure while meeting all applicable deadlines.
- Must be able to work independently and productively with minimum supervision.
- Ability to establish and maintain professional atmosphere for employees, clients and customers.
This position is based at our HQ in Montgomeryville, PA and offers a hybrid schedule of 2 days/ week working from home. Some occasional national travel may be required, not to exceed 20%.
