AES will send an Order Acknowledgement for confirmation and sign-off
If a deposit is required, AES will send an invoice with the Order Acknowledgement, payable upon receipt
AES will send a drawing for approval within 7 – 10 business days (applicable for most products)
Drawing approval is required prior to fabrication of the product
Shipping is via Common Carrier. Items are palletized and shrink-wrapped, or crated for shipping.All shipments are F.O.B. point of shipment.
Standard cleanroom ceiling components designated “Quick Ship” may be in stock and ready to ship within 48 hours. Items are palletized and shrink-wrapped, or crated for shipping.
Other configurable cleanroom products, including softwalls designated “Quick Ship”, are ready to ship within 2 weeks instead of the usual four to six weeks.
Shipments are made via common carrier, depending on size, weight and quantity. To have an order shipped more quickly, ask about Rush Delivery, available at extra charge. If you require other transportation arrangements, you must request them at the time of order placement.
Please note that some items cannot be shipped via UPS, FED-EX, or other parcel services due to handling requirements.
