AES utilizes a cross-functional project team approach from design-to-commission to efficiently and effectively meet project requirements for quality, cost, and schedule. Experienced personnel who have a full understanding of how the cleanroom project will be designed, manufactured, and installed participate at the earliest stages of the project to make a positive impact on all project disciplines.

This integrated team plans and implements a continuous process that starts with Initial Scope Review, through construction, and concludes with project Lessons Learned. The details of this process allow AES to deliver repeatable results for our customer’s project.
