Turnkey Cleanroom Solutions
A turnkey construction project is commonly defined as one in which a single contract is established with the owner for an agreed upon scope of work, design criteria and user specifications.
Turnkey — Design/Build construction contracts ultimately reduce the risk to the buyer.
AES offers turnkey solutions and accepts single source responsibility for the overall cost, schedule and performance of the cleanroom facility. Cleanroom performance includes meeting specified environmental requirements such as temperature, humidity, pressurization and cleanliness levels. AES turnkey project execution includes safety management, code compliance and quality control. What does this mean to our clients? Simply put – no finger pointing.
The AES team takes responsibility for all facets of the project from early design concept and budgeting to final certification and project turnover.
AES turnkey solutions can be applied to the renovation and expansion of an existing facility or can be integrated into a new space. The AES sales team starts with an initial no-cost consultation to get an understanding of the user requirements, site conditions, and factors that will impact the design approach to be used in our initial “Basis of Bid”. Together we can evaluate existing spaces, impact of potential demolition to on-going manufacturing operations, modular or stick-build expansion, mechanical renovations, utility requirements, and so forth. A combination of AES stick-build and modular construction finishes can be blended in order to maximize the client’s investment while optimizing schedule and functionality.
