Safety

Safety is the highest priority for AES and is incorporated into all tasks performed in the office and on the job site.  Our EMR (Experience Modification Rating) is always less than 1, the highest rating possible!

Organized Safety

AES assigns a Safety Officer for every project, who is responsible for executing the safety plan.  The Safety officer is OSHA trained and certified, and trains all AES personnel and subcontractors in site-specific safety procedures and requirements.

Accountable Safety

To foster continuous improvement, AES conducts rigorous self-assessment to establish quarterly goals for improved safety.  Yearly audits by a third-party safety and risk assessor verify AES corporate, manufacturing facility, and job site compliance to the safety policy.

Sample Job Site Safety Requirements
  • Daily meetings to review tasks and safety requirements
  • Weekly safety talks (mandatory attendance)
  • Quarterly formal training on health and safety topics (mandatory attendance)
